My journey started when I noticed a gap between the "spiritual" work I was doing and the reality of my daily stress. I had achieved everything I was supposed to—the career, the recognition, the external markers of success. But beneath the high-achieving mask, the same patterns kept running: perfectionism, people-pleasing, the relentless need to prove my worth.

I realized that until we address the subconscious patterns we inherited—the "good girl" conditioning, the ancestral trauma codes running in our nervous systems—we're just managing symptoms. We're performing a script that was never ours to begin with.
